I have been recruiting for 20 years, with 12 years running a specialist desk. For most of that time I managed my BD contacts the same way most recruiters do. A mix of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and trying to remember who I promised to call back last Tuesday.

The CRMs I tried were either built for sales teams and completely overkill, or so basic they were no better than a spreadsheet. Nothing was built for how a billing recruiter actually works.
