Why I built this
I have been recruiting for 20 years. For most of that time I managed my BD contacts the same way most recruiters do. A mix of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and trying to remember who I promised to call back last Tuesday.
It never really worked. Good contacts went cold. Warm accounts slipped. I would think of someone three months after I should have called them.
So I built something better. vantEdge is a BD tracker I built for myself and use every single day on my own recruitment desk. Every feature exists because I needed it. Nothing more, nothing less.
